My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being smaller than expected, turned out to be very spacious and ideal for getting ready for a wedding with the bridesmaids. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby dining and shopping options. While the service was friendly and helpful, there was an issue with a disruptive party that went unaddressed. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a variety of choices but at an additional cost.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, and that loveseat was amazing; I wish I had one at home. They were clean and well-maintained, except for a small glop of partially dried paint or spackle left below the vase in the room. The walls were a bit thin; I could hear my neighbor's phone conversation well past midnight one night. The pull-out couch and little sitting area were a nice surprise.
The hotel rooms were comfortable, though I experienced some temperature fluctuations. The elevator noise could be bothersome at times unless you request a room further away. The service was warm and friendly, with prompt assistance for any issues. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk to nearby dining and shopping spots, but there was no maid service available. The dining options were limited during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a nice experience with some minor drawbacks.
